We needed a platform that could connect our marina operations, finance and customer experience while still supporting the requirements of two separate businesses. EliteMarinas gave us that opportunity, backed by a team that understands how marinas operate.

We looked closely at what was out there before making this decision. What gave us confidence in Elite Dynamics is that they understood what running a port actually involves, not just running a business. Getting that time back means my team can focus on our community instead of the paperwork.

Our previous systems simply weren’t designed for the scale and turnover of our operations. Staff were frustrated, customers were frustrated, and we were spending huge amounts of time patching problems instead of serving people. With Elite Dynamics, we have found a solution provider that understands our business model and with EliteMarinas, we have found a solution that efficiently support each departments business processes. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Business Central, it will save us an estimated $140,000  to $180,000 a year in staff time and efficiencies and gives us the tools to deliver the kind of customer experience our community expects. For me, the real win is that it will bring all sides of the Port together – commercial, recreational, and international – into one cohesive system.

For us, moving to EliteMarinas was not just about choosing a new system. It was about reducing risk, removing duplicated data handling and creating a more connected foundation for the future of ABC Leisure. The Elite team took the time to understand our requirements and demonstrate how the platform could support the way our business works across multiple locations. Backed by Microsoft, EliteMarinas gives us confidence in the security, stability and long-term development of the platform. The value is in reducing manual workarounds, improving how information is managed and creating more capacity across the business as we continue to grow and expand.
